This is super easy! You can save useful bits and pieces in Beany such as insurance documents, bank statements, and send us withholding tax certificates or *.csv files.
Here's how to make sure we can access those documents and files:
- Log on to your Beany page
- Go to 'Annual Accounts' at the top of the page
- Click into the questionnaire for the relevant tax year
- You can add the documents to the relevant question, such as receipts for asset purchases or loan documents. If there isn't a relevant question, then the last question at the bottom of the screen "anything else you'd like us to know", lets you add any notes and documents.
The Beany questionnaire is designed to get all we need to complete your year end accounts. So, most likely, if there isn't a specific question (such as asking for all your bank statements or receipts) our amazing accountants probably don't need it. If you're not sure, just check with Beany Support.
Alternatively, send the files to our Support team and they'll make sure your accountant can access them.
